I have decided to do one post per Region so that it is easier for the readers vote.  Instead of going to 32 different posts to vote, readers can now only have to go to 4.

I have not received as many blog posts as I would have wished, only 21, so for the blogs that submitted a post, I will include it. I see a few potential upsets out there. I obviously have no idea how voting will go, but I see a #16 seed in Fire Finance that could take out a #1 seed. I will try to have some commentary and keep everyone updated with results. I hope this will be a lot of fun, as it has been for me so far.
